You can also save the information on your dashboard on the RunKeeper website, directly from the application installed on your iPhone. RunKeeper automatically uploads each run to the RunKeeper web site. Back on your computer, you can view the map of each activity and see several other interesting data such as the evolution of your speed during the activity, calories consumed and the altitude. You can share your performance with your friends RunKeeper synchronizing with your Facebook and Twitter accounts.
